About Us
The Consultants Consortium, founded in 1992, is an association of independent consultants headquartered in the national capital area.
The Consortium has two principal purposes:
- To provide prospective clients a quick and easy way to find and contact experienced consultants with clearly defined areas of expertise;
- To help members better serve their clients and improve their services through shared knowledge and continuing education presentations.

- Provides marketing tools to members, making it easier to reach prospective clients;
- Provides an easily accessible group of fellow consultants and contacts who can be called upon when additional expertise or personnel is needed;
- Facilitates the exchange of ideas and information between consultant members;
- Offers educational opportunities where members can acquire new information and keep up to date with cutting-edge techniques;
- Recognizes contributions to the consulting profession through the Stewart R. Macdonald Award.
